As Brazil kicks off Carnival, Heineken is using mobility and gamification to engage its entire workforce as ambassadors of a responsible drinking initiative. The three-wave program is part of the firm's sustainability strategy leading up to 2021. The idea is to develop the role of its 13,000-strong local workforce as change agents around alcohol consumption beyond the awareness aspect.
